Mustard Seed is expanding and they need lots of help to get ready for the fall. This summer they are renovating the new fourth floor and preparing the school for the students. There are four volunteer summer work days and five summer work evenings. Come for an hour or stay all day. Volunteers of all skill levels are needed: Come paint, build, organize, clean, and encourage. Meals Ministry Needs your help!

Meals Ministry: The meals ministry is having a particularly busy month!! Many babies are entering the lives of our Redeemer Friends. We’d love to bless each of these families with support and meals. If you’re interested in helping out, please email Sara Peterson Let her know a day or a few possible days that are convenient to you. And if you’d like, maybe a big batch of one meal can be split 2 ways. Both families live in Hoboken within just a few blocks of each other.
Opportunity to serve new immigrants in our local community:

Volunteers are needed for adult and child ESL classes (training on site before beginning) and bible based family support groups, along with grant writing and office help. Located in Union City, NJ. At the Salt Space Gallery in NY - http://www.saltartspace.org/ Aug 12th is a display of the kids photos from Rwanda and the Bronx, NY and will include snacks and wine. Aug 26th is a Fundraiser to raise money for the Project and will include art for sale along with the Gallery display of the Rwanda kids Photos and the Bronx kids Photos and some amazing music from our fellow musicians. Food Delivery Program
Redeemer Hoboken is continuing its support of the In
Jesus Name ministry by providing volunteers for the Food Delivery
Program.
The third week of each month, volunteers pick up items
from the food pantry and deliver them to people in our community that
are in need of extra food but are physically unable to make it to the
Food Pantry.
If you feel led to volunteer or would like to
support this ministry financially by donating $15 grocery store gift cards,
please contact Meredith Foltynowicz for more information.
