My wife, Melinda and I, who attend Redeemer in Manhattan, own a 2-bedroom condo in St. Croix (www.saintcroixcondo.com), and we'd like to fill it with visitors this year, for both financial and stewardship reasons (a Virgin Islands condo being a terrible thing to waste, etc.).
